We’re pleased to share that Herts Ability’s Harlow Driving Centre has a new home!
Following the sale of our previous site on Edinburgh Way for redevelopment, we have relocated to:

From Wednesday 3rd June 2026, we’ll be running our weekly driving assessment clinics from our new base and continuing to support people to stay independent, mobile, and confident on the road.

Our experienced team is here to support people of all ages and abilities to drive safely, confidently, and independently.
While we’re delighted to remain in Harlow, the move has had a significant impact. Unfortunately, we have lost access to the off-road driving track that formed a vital part of our service, particularly for non-licence holders, first-time drivers, and those requiring specialist high-tech driving assessments.
At present, we are unable to offer off-road assessments, creating a gap in support for some of the people who need our services most.
We are actively working with Harlow Council and local partners to explore options for regaining short-term access to the track, so we can continue providing these essential assessments to our community.
