Two Years with Charis - Occupational Therapist
On Thursday 2nd October, we celebrated two wonderful years since Charis joined us as an Occupational Therapist - and what an incredible journey it has been so far!
Charis plays a vital role in supporting people with medical conditions to explore safe and practical ways of driving. Her goal is always the same: helping clients remain independent, mobile, and confident on the road.
Her compassion, expertise, and dedication shine through in everything she does, making a life-changing difference for the people she works with.

Eight Years with Simon - Lead Driving Assessor
Just a few days later, on Tuesday 7th October, we marked another huge milestone: Simon, our Lead Driving Assessor, has now been part of the Herts Ability family for an amazing eight years!
Throughout his time with us, Simon’s dedication, professionalism, and genuine passion have touched the lives of so many. From carrying out expert driving assessments to building confidence behind the wheel, Simon’s patient and supportive approach has empowered countless people - whether they’re new drivers or individuals with disabilities striving for greater independence.
His work has not only strengthened our team but also made driving safer and more accessible for our community.
