Celebrating 25 Years of Excellence: Thank You, Matt Miller!
At Herts Ability, we take great pride in recognising the incredible dedication of our team members - and we are thrilled to celebrate a truly special milestone! Our Driving Assessor, Matt Miller, is marking his 25th work anniversary with Herts Ability!
Matt has been a cornerstone of our organisation for a quarter of a century. His journey began when he joined us as a relatively new driving instructor - with just one year of experience under his belt. Since then, his role has grown alongside Herts Ability, shaping not only our services but also the lives of so many individuals he has helped over the years.
Here’s what Matt had to say about his journey:
“I have now been at Herts Ability for half of my life! I am very grateful that HA took a chance on me many years ago when I was relatively inexperienced as a driving instructor (1 year experience). I have enjoyed my career immensely. Thank you Herts Ability.”
Our CEO, Sean Lawrence, also shared some heartfelt words to mark the occasion:
“It’s remarkable to think that when Matt Miller joined us 25 years ago, we were working with a single borrowed vehicle. Now with a fleet of 17, much of our success is built on the strong foundations that Matt helped establish.
